Q: How do I choose the most suitable gift?

Q: What if I can’t find what I’m looking for in the catalogue?

A: We’re able to use our industry experience and worldwide network of suppliers to source almost any type of promotional gift, simply call our friendly sales team and we’ll do the searching for you.

Q: How do I need to supply artwork of our company logo?

A: Our inhouse design department are able to produce any artwork you need for a minimum charge of £25.00 plus VAT or  £50.00 per hour.  Where possible your logo should be supplied in vector format.  If you supply finished artwork all fonts must be saved as outlines.  For full colour work, we would require high resolution jpeg with embedded fonts and a minimum of 300 dpi. 

Q: Will I see a proof before the items go into production?

A: We always provide a black and white proof by fax or a colour proof on email for client sign off before going ahead with production. In addition we can provide a pre-production sample on request, however there may be an additional charge for this service.

Q: How do I request a promotional gift catalogue and is it free?

A: To request a catalogue simply call our sales team or e-mail us directly to receive your FREE copy.

Q: How can I get a quote on-line?

A: If you go to the catalogue page and find the item that you are interested in you will see 'request a quote', the next thing to do is complete your details and one of our sales team will be in touch with you shortly with a quote.

Q: Is it possible to receive a fast turnaround time for urgent orders?

A: If you need items for a particular event or promotion, we always advise on how soon we can deliver the items and whether or not any surcharges will apply. Our sales team can also suggest items that would be suitable within your timescales.
